There are a few things that I enjoy that I cannot get here, and I recently found two of them whilst NOT looking. It was raining hard this evening, but it was dry across the tracks. As an Englishman, whenever I see the word sovereign, I think of the Queen. That is what it means to me. As I’ve stated before I’m not a die-hard monarchist, but that is how I associate the word. A few days ago, I went to Wild Wings, a local restaurant. On draught they had the usual bland fizz, Bud Light, Miller etc, but there was a tap nestling in the middle. White tap handle, pale blue label, which I could read from where I was sitting.. Humm, I thought could be a wheat beer… It was. I had discovered Blue Moon. Well it started off cold this morning, only 36 when I got up around 8.30. It got up to around 61F this afternoon, so was quite pleasant. Warm enough to enjoy some fresh air. I have been working most of today on a new site. |
