Once we get moving forward with renovating the whole community, this should bring market values up by a good amount. There have been a few of the condos for sale in the last few months, but those that can see the project through shold get a better return on their investment

Went to see Pirates of the Carribean 2 this afternoon at Movie 8 at Ladson. Rare to get a 2.5 hour movie these days. I don’t go to the theater very often, but it was worth seeing.
