1. Looking outside at the sunshine, and knowing it’s going to be another warm day today -  the forecast is 92F.
2. hAd breakfast of bacon, scrambled eggs, and garlic toast. Made scrambled eggs with butter,  instead of milk, and added some Mrs Dash. This made a nice change.
3. Drinking green tea instead of coffee. Another small but radical change for me. It won’t last of course. It’s only because all the coffee has gone, and we forgot to buy any more!
