1. Getting up without too much trouble

2. Having a belt of some good hot dutch coffee to wake me up

3. Going over to the old house and sitting in a deckchair in the blazing sun and drinking more coffee, watching the cocky fence contractors move the fence back to where I wanted it in the first place, despite them saying that it was impossible. There is always more than one way to skin rats.

you get up without too much trouble? I wish I didn’t wake up every morning feeling the bottom of a parrots cage.

This was a one-off situation. As I have CFS I usually feel like I have fallen down a mountainside in the morning.
