1. The Community loan was passed by the bank. This should mean we get work started here early in the new year. This will increase the value of our homes for sure.
2.Caught up on major work projects right now – not behind with anything although there is more in the wind.
3. Another warm day. It’s around 75F outside, overcast, but warm, in fact I had to put the a/c back on as it was already 73F inside the condo at 9am this morning!
