As my wife is in California this week on family business, I am at home all alone left to fend for myself. Really, though, aside from the fact that I miss my wife being here, I’m fine really. This is a rather different product to what we usually have. We normally get regular rolled oats. We do make sure that we don’t buy the instant oats though, as much of the fiber, and nutrients, and cholesterol-reducing properties have been removed from that. – The Secret Is Out. See The Video.
