We’ve had some decent weather days recently. Only thing is, most of the time we get decent weather, I’m at work. OK, I don’t take many days off, but when I do, it always seems to be the day the weather turns lousy.
Wednesday, I had a bit of luck though. It DID turn wet, but after I’d finished cooking and packed everything away.
These free-range ribs were very tasty, and really needed little seasoning, as they were good and sweet already, as good pork should be, and grilling them bought out the flavor of the meat. Along with the tomatoes, corn, red onions and peppers, and peas, it was an enjoyable meal, if I say so myself.
