At first blush I was also going to say I had no idea why Powell said the Georgians "asked for it" with all of those Russian troops stacked on their border, then I realized I had no idea what the issue was between Georgia and Russia. My first uninformed response would have been "Oh they just want to add satellite nations again," but then I realized there may be an actual issue besdies that.
