The Eye

Am I a geek? I know I’m a gadget freak. Even if it’s something I don’t want, I often find it interesting to look at what a gadget does. But am I a geek?

I can hold a conversation about many things, not just computers. However talking about computers and related technology is my favorite I must admit. I like talking about music too though, and also about photography (preferably digital).

I was told recently that I am a geek, as I often have a USB memory stick hanging around my neck. I don’t consider that any more than useful if I am going some place where there is a computer that I might need some files from. Not geeky is it?317 I tend to carry a camera around most everywhere, but I don’t consider that geeky.

I suppose my most geeky trait is that I consume large amounts of coffee whilst sitting at the keyboard, bet hey! lots of folk consume way too much coffee for their own good.

So I’m a gadget freak, bot not a geek. That’s my two cents worth.
