Tips to save a few bucks, that you really don’t need to spend anyway!

  • Make just one more purchase at Starbucks. No, not coffee. Buy one of the seal able, thermal, coffee mugs they have on sale for around $15, and from now on, brew your own in the morning. You can put the coffee maker on, and have it brewed while you get ready for work, and take a mug with you to the office. You’ll pay for that new mug in a week.
  • Brown-bag breakfast and lunch. You can eat a lot cheaper, and healthier, if you make your own sandwiches. Take left-overs from last night’s dinner in a plastic container if you have a refrigerator at the office.
  • Wax and polish the car yourself.
  • Exercise outside in the fresh air, and quit paying those expensive gym fees.
  • Don’t go to clothes stores, except to buy one good outfit you need for job interviews.

If you have any other money-saving tips drop me a line, and I’ll include them in another post

You’re so right on all points, but some people still rather not do the washing of your car or waxing; exercising outdoors, yeah some might but they like the gym environment…like another “pick-up” deal; and clothes, well now that could be a discussion in itself… ;o)

Yes, but the point of the article is how you can save some money.

You CAN wash the car yourself; you don’t NEED to go to a gym to exercise; and we only really HAVE to buy clothes when we need them.
