One Hundred Push Ups

The Reason For The Plan OK, I went into the site this morning, and tackled day one of week one.

I’ll raise my hand and say I’m out of shape. No excuses. I’m a computer chair potato (you’ll rarely find me on the couch).

Anyway, the plan is to eventually be able to do 100 push ups.

This morning I had to do this.

  • 7 push ups, rest one min.
  • 7 push ups, rest one min.
  • 5 push ups, rest one min.
  • 4 push ups, rest one min.
  • 5 push ups, rest one min.

Ok, I know that to you gym-attending fitness gurus out there, this is really lame, but you gotta start somewhere.

I’m aiming to do this each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Wish me luck, willpower, and perserverence!
