Now, when I look at something like Lean Cuisine, I’ve always considered them bad value for money. Why? They cost as much, if not more, than a regular TV dinner, and the reason there are less calories is down to the small portion size.
More to the point, I’m not one for eating frozen processed foods anyway. I much prefer fresh wholesome freshly cooked stuff.
I remain toe be convinced that these low calorie meals are of any real benefit. Perhaps if you’re a person that lives on TV dinners anyway, and likes small portions. That’s NOT me.
