The Eye

I like the summer. I like the sunshine. I like the heat. It makes you feel better when it’s a warm bright day, than a cold dreary ones does.

Still, when I left the house this morning it was dreary and overcast. Of course, I knew the sun would come out later.

It had to, even though it showed no sign of doing so at around 11.30am.

Why?

Oh that’s a simple one to answer. As I was driving away from home, I realized I’d left my sunglasses in the house.
