I was walking down by the Ashley River, in Summerville yesterday lunchtime. While walking along a boardwalk over a swampy area, movement below caught my eye. Looking down into the muddy river bank at low tide, I saw thousands of these little crabs.

It’s like there’s a whole community going on right under our noses, and most of us don’t even realize!

- Always a good moment when you connect cables, and the devices you are networking start talking to each other.
- Wlaking by the Ashley River during my lunch break, and seeing thousands of little crabs on the mud at low tide. Amazing how there’s a whole life network there right under our noses, that most of us aren’t even aware of.
- After a long day, chicken wings washed down with a cold beer, was the icing on the cake at that moment in the day.

I’ve had a few people ask me where the header images were taken.
I’ve never listed them, as I’ve always intended to change them at some point to give a new point of view, and something new of interest.
However, the current ones, as of this posting are from left to right:
- Ashley River Pier at Brittlebank Park, North Charleston, SC, USA
- Aylesford Village, Kent, England
- SIgn on the waterfront, behind Front Street, Georgetown, SC, USA
- Me, at the rear of my home in North Charleston, SC, USA
