Chef Eva has come up with a fabulous Holiday Hors D’oeuvres menu that is perfect for holiday entertaining on any scale. Homemade dips, antipasto platters, and bite-sized treats are all featured, in addition to many more options. See a sampling below and view the full menu online here.  This special catering menu will be available through December 31 and a 72 hour advance order is required.

HOLIDAY HORS D’OEUVRES SAMPLING

  • Blue Cheese, Caramelized Onion & Thyme Spread with baguette crostini
  • Caprese Platter: Prosciutto, house-made mozzarerlla, tomato, basil and truffle oil

White: 09 Foxglove Chardonnay, California, $18
This wine was named one of California’s best chardonnay’s by Food & Wine Magazine and we couldn’t agree more. Robert Parker goes on to say….”Loads of tropical fruit, honeysuckle, and orange blossom notes fill the olfactory sense, as does the luscious medium-bodied texture on the palate.”

Rose: 09 Elyse Rose, California, $12

This wine is reminiscent of the dry rose’s of southern France, even though it hails from California. Light and refreshing, it will pair perfectly with grilled salmon, turkey or ham.

Red: 09 Chateau La Rame Bordeaux $19
This red is a traditional blend of merlot, cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon that is meant to be enjoyed young. Deep ruby color with a nose of dried fruit and herbs. Pair with turkey, duck, ham, or beef.
