A ring binder full of fresh new paper, and a mechanical pencil. It is truly refreshing to actually write sometimes, instead of typing at a keyboard, and I never thought I’d say that.

A big bowl of oats and almonds and cold milk that was so good for breakfast this morning. I can feel good about eating it too, as it’s healthy stuff. It’s important to enjoy what you eat, for the right reasons.

Some of the new music that I’ve been receiving for the radio station. So many hopes and dreams for many people in there, as well as good music.
