1. A day when I got quite a bit of personal online work done. Tidied up Blogs. Launched a new one for the DALnet Channel, #Asylum at http://asylumcentral.com.
2. Great pot-roast that I made yesterday. It went down a treat today.  They’re always better the next day.
3. Chilled this evening with some friends online.
