- It’s a lovely warm sunny day. Summertime, and the living is easy. Well it’s not really any easier, but it sure feels better when the sun is shining!
- Preparing nice fresh green vegetables for dinner. It makes me feel better to know I’m attempting to eat better, and enjoying the darn stuff too.
- Enjoying a shower earlier, which was very cool and refreshing.

- On the second week of my daily workout now. I wasn’t sure that I’d keep it going this long.
- A nice cool refreshing shower was wonderful, after #1
- It’s another great day here, just like it’s summer again, and it’s going into the 80′s tomorrow and Wednesday! Yay!

- Thankful for the morning not being so cold as it has been, as I have to go out later.
- Did another 20 minute workout again this morning. It’s still difficult, but it’s getting perhaps a tad easier, and I’m not hurting all day as bad as I was.
- A nice refreshing shower, and a nice hot coffee! Bliss!
