
- Put whole fresh fruit into a bowl on the counter. It’s easy to see, and to remember to eat!
- Keep dried fruits about.
- For a TV snack, use dips of low-fat sour cream, and chop up carrots etc.
- Get pre-cut melons and fruit cups from the local supermarket
