The Eye

I guess you could say that about most any week of course. Last week had more than its fair share of ups and downs though. Bereavements are not something I ever find I take in my stride too well, whoever it is.

Towards the end of the week a positive goal was reached when we finally officially ousted the community management company. It’s felt strongly by the majority of the community that they simply weren’t doing a good job. This had been aggravated by a long-term lucklustre performance by the HOA board, and there have been changes there too.

All in all, things are certainly looking up, and the building renovations should be able to move ahead before too much longer.
