I’m still being good so far.

I’ve really wanted to bake some fresh bread and eat a rack of bacon sandwiches, but I haven’t.

Today I had soup for lunch, with no bread at all, and I ate slices of cucumber afterwards.

I guess once my body has got a little used to eating a bit less volume, I won’t feel like I want to eat more. It’s not that I’m really hungry,  more that I need to think of other things, or those bacon sandwiches will get made!

  • Have you ever read the Abs Diet? It's pretty awesome. We pretty much live by the basic rules in that book. In fact, I can tell you that grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, whole grain whole wheat wraps (try flat out bread (brand name)), some cheese and your choice of a little bit of condiment (like ranch)...and maybe some turkey bacon is AWESOME and incredibly good for you. Just sayin'. Oh and by the way...geocaching IS tons of fun, I swear! We just happened upon two caches that weren't sooo great (where they were placed)...but we found a really awesome one and are going back tomorrow night to show hubs' parents. You should DEF try it out. :)
