The Reason For The Plan I’m still pretty much on track with the eating plan, but the wight loss has stalled a bit. I need to find some time to do some exercise, so I’ve decided to have a go at this. It’s free, and can be done right here on the floor. More details at One Hundred Push Ups

We’re sitting at 224 lbs right now, and I’m looking to get down to 170, by about next February.
