OK, so I was a bad boy last evening, and succumbed to beer and wings on the way home. Ten wings and two pings of Palmetto Ale is NOT the way to diet and lose weight. Still, you’ve gotta do something bad sometimes. Life has to be fun occasionally!
Back on track today with cereal for breakfast, and some fresh fruit to snack on. Also some more exercise – it’s day #2 Wekk #2 of One Hundred Push Ups, and I’m still on course with that.
